🏆Breakfast of champions! 🏆 Starting the day with some delicious Banana Berry Flapjack Pancakes. I add lots of fruit to my pancakes and use them as a natural sweetener. It’s amazing how much sugar and sweetness you can extract from cooking and heating up your fruits. Try it! I smear banana and almond butter all over like jam. So good! 😍
Outsmarting my bedtime cravings one cookie at a time! 🍪🍪🍪 Not going to lie but there were times when I would hit my macros perfect for the entire day BUT then somehow let my cravings get the better of me and reached for a frozen 🍪🍩🍰🍫 that I purposely hide in the freezer. I’ve found a system that works for me and that’s saving room in my macros to satisfy my sweetooth every single night! This will ensure that I’m on track with my intake and go to bed happy every night —- who doesn’t love the idea of #winwin??

Wow, I’m really mastering this #foodporn business. Here’s another one — the ultimate Tri-tip Sammie #lunchables. I’m still working on finding that balance and adjusting back to the daily life before contest prep. I don’t think I will ever ever ever see food the same way again because I just know way too much about nutrition and how it affects my body. All I see are macronutrients — proteins, fats, and carbs, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Yup, but my ultimate goal is to find that happy balance. As much as I love cooking and coming up with new recipes to share #ellobellerecipe, I still want to eat out and enjoy a variety of different foods on occasion. So on that note, let’s grub!! 😍💥🍔🙏
