Wow, I’m really mastering this #foodporn business. Here’s another one — the ultimate Tri-tip Sammie #lunchables. I’m still working on finding that balance and adjusting back to the daily life before contest prep. I don’t think I will ever ever ever see food the same way again because I just know way too much about nutrition and how it affects my body. All I see are macronutrients — proteins, fats, and carbs, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Yup, but my ultimate goal is to find that happy balance. As much as I love cooking and coming up with new recipes to share #ellobellerecipe, I still want to eat out and enjoy a variety of different foods on occasion. So on that note, let’s grub!! 😍πŸ’₯πŸ”πŸ™

It’s been about 4 weeks post USA’s national show and I’ve just be LOVING IT, LOVING IT, LOVING IT!!  Reverse dieting and lean bulking at it’s best. Working with my coach and I’m pushing well over 2000 kcal daily, and yes I’m having my cake and eating it every day, but as always keeping everything in moderation. My goal is to be happy and satisfied all day every day. I’m not about cheatmeals or depriving myself. I’m staying consistent with my diet and training. I have so much more strength now during my training, so much more mental focus throughout the day, patience and LOVE for everyone around me. Life is gravyyy. πŸŒˆβ˜€οΈπŸ’— I’m excited to see my physique the next time I dial down for a show, but until then — I’m enjoying this life! …When you starve yourself, you feed your demons. πŸ˜‰

As always, I’m experimenting with new foods and recipes. Never thought I would be a cheesecake kind of person but I’m cleaning out my freezer now of all the yummy goodies I frozed during prep. I bought this cheesecake to support a church fundraiser and kept it frozen since May. I’ve been having a slice of cheesecake with kettle corn rice cakes as my preworkout fuel and my workouts have been insane! πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯ I feel like I had super powers during my lifts and runs. I’m definitely fortunate and blessed to have genetics that allow me to eat like this and I’m not going to abuse it! At the end of the day, we all come from different backgrounds, genetics, eating relationships, and training habits. It makes zero sense to compete against one another and be THE BEST —- I realized all this in the past few weeks since my last πŸ‘™ national show and I feel so much more at peace, focused, and happy. We are all dieting, training, and just living life to be the BEST version of ourselves genetically. I’m naturally very petite and so gaining mass is more of a challenge. The next time I do a show would be very special because it would be the revealing of all my hard work in overcoming genetics, social norms, and my own doubts and fears! 🍰❀️πŸ’₯

As always, I’m experimenting with new foods and recipes. Never thought I would be a cheesecake kind of person but I’m cleaning out my freezer now of all the yummy goodies I frozed during prep. I bought this cheesecake to support a church fundraiser and kept it frozen since May.
