The heavier I lift and the farther I run, the more I LOVE, APPRECIATE, and ADORE my body! My strength and endurance has gotten so strong this past few months. I’ve been pushing over 3000 kcal every day, eating close to 300g of carbs and 100g of fat this past week. Not bulking, I’m literally just feeding my appetite. I’m about 6lb heavier now since my last competition in July, while eating twice as much and maintaining my physique. Honestly, I don’t know how my metabolism has gone so strong — optimizing my genetics and lifestyles, I suppose. 🙏 All I know is that I lift freaken heavy and Iive a very active lifestyle consistently, which has afforded me to pretty much eat all the food I love and enjoy life!
