As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call it #SIMPLICITY. #CharlieChaplin ftw this Friday! 💜 Simplicity is how I like to live my life. I eat the foods I want to eat. I see the people I want to see. I do the things I want to do. Simple as that.

Who else likes to eat a massive burger for breakfast first thing in the morning?? My body and appetite has been so conditioned to eat huge meals when I wake up, I can never never skip breakfast or workout fasted. ❤️🍔 #breakfast #srsly #burgerlife

It’s been such a yoga filled weekend! I LOVE YOGA… It definitely comes in second after heavy lifting! 💪 I spent yesterday afternoon doing a workshop all on inversions and handstands and today doing a workshop all on mindfulness and meditation. Yoga is definitely the #yin to my weight training’s #yang. Together, I feel so balanced. Weight lifting is my ultimate therapy and drug, but it keeps me so fired up inside like I always want to keep going faster and heavier. Whereas yoga is the moving meditation that forces me to slow down, breathe, focus, and be still —- the slower you go, the better you do. 🙏 I highly recommend trying yoga out if you haven’t yet or just trying it again if you have in the past, but didn’t really like it. It’s a beautiful pure practice. Good for the soul. Good for you! ❤️ #yogatree

I ran 8 miles for this! 🙌 Muscle feeding food galore. I swear, the more I run the more I realize how much I love lifting really heavy stuff! But I signed up to do the SF Nike half marathon next month, because I’m stepping out of my comfort zone, which is all good stuff for my fitness soul. Working my way up to that 13.1 mile mark in the next few weeks to come. Wish me luck! ❤️🍔

Yup, definitely made sure I earned these babies in my morning workout! Banana macadamia nut and coconut pancakes with maple syrup. 🌰🍯🍌 Sounds perfect. Tastes delicious!
