Danggg… Selfie central in neon fashion this morning! Just killed my workout, can you blame me? 😝

Do it, love every second of it, and move on! Last night dinner was amazing 🍔🍟❤️! I don’t consider these “cheat meals” because it’s not cheating. There’s no GUILT. It’s life. It’s balance. It’s normal. I’m 💯 clear on what my goals are and where I need to be when it’s time for that 👙 again. But for now, I’m enjoying THIS! Because I worked so hard and stay consistent during my last prep to achieve the physique I have today, I can allow myself to relax more going into the next prep. My point is consistency is key, stay focus on your goals. You will be able to enjoy life and be “normal” again, but for now, if you are dieting and dialing down to a certain goal, stick it through and once you achieve it, just know that you can have indulgences, in moderation of course! 😉 One YOLO meal at a time. #PaceYOself #ellobelleeatsout

The closer I get to myself, the further away I seem to get from others. Life becomes more private and friends turn to strangers. One of the most amazing things I ever got to do was to travel alone for the first time. At that moment, I couldn’t even think about it, when I first packed my bags I was scared. I used to be a city princess, if someone invited me to go on a hike I’d say, “I don’t even walk!” Now, if anyone asks me what my favorite thing to do is, I would say traveling alone, because you are on your own with your thoughts, with your feelings, and you give yourself space. When you get out of your comfort zone, you start to like things you never thought you would. Being alone helps you understand that happiness can’t start on the outside, because these things are temporary. If you ask me what the happiest moment in my life was, I would say the first time I was by myself. On the other hand, it confuses me and I’m still trying to figure it all out. Why do the holidays make me sad if I’m so happy this way?

Happy F🅰T Tuesday‼️ Here’s another yummy #ellobellerecipe 😍 If you’re like me, you always have ‘fats’ leftover at the end of the day. Most of the time, I’ll just eat spoonfuls of almond butters to hit my macros 🌰🍯, which is NOT a problems at all 😋! Still, I thought I’d switch it up and make a healthy, squeaky-clean alternative…🍫🍫🍫‼️The Choco-Fat Bar‼️ 🍫🍫🍫
Ingredients:
🔹Carrots chopped 1/2c
🔹Walnuts crushed 1/4c
🔹Almonds slices 1/2c
🔹Coconut shreds 1/4c
🔹Chocolate covered berries 1/4c
🔹Dried Cranberries 1/4c
🔹Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
🔹Coconut Oil 1 tbs 
🔹Cinnamon 2 tsp 
🍫🍫🍫12 bars  (8c/9f/2p)🍫🍫1/4c
1⃣Blend all ingredients into a gooey thick paste 2⃣Smash and flatten the Choco-fat paste into a tray to create sheet about 1/2” thick. I like to Saran Wrap and oil spray so the paste doesn’t stick  3⃣Cover the entire Choco-fat paste with Saran Wrap, like a blanket 4⃣Pop it in the freezer for 1 hour 5⃣Cut the Choco-fat sheet into 12 equal size bars, over the Saran Wrap. This makes life a lot easier and cleaner.6⃣ Enjoy! I like to Saran Wrap each bar individually and store them in the freezer.

WOW, you know you killed your workout when you’re rockin’ that lion mane afterwards🙀. Been slackin’ on my plyos and oh, how I’ve missed it. Jump squats does the body good!  🍑🍑🍑 Leg day again, because we’re feasting tonight!😻

Here’s another favorite concoction on mine… Parmesan Turkey Meatballs‼️I’ve never been THAT into cooking but I’ve always been THAT into good food, so here I am in the kitchen every weekend cooking up a storm to keep those cravings at bay and my goals 💯! #ellobellerecipe

💢Parmesan Turkey Meatballs💢

🔹16oz lean ground turkey 
🔹1 whole egg
🔹1c zuchinni chopped 
🔹1/2c cilantro 
🔹1/4c green onions/ scallions 
🔹1/4c Parmesan cheese

1⃣Blend all ingredients into a salsa-like paste 2⃣Kneed and mix paste into ground turkey meat 3⃣Roll mixture into meatballs 4⃣Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins 5⃣ Top off with some pasta sauce and enjoy! 😍
